Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the discounted tickets.

1) Must be a couple, traveling and completing the 90 to 120 minute sales presentation together (cohabiting couples must have matching address either on ID or bills.); Offer is not valid for singles or full-time students.
2) You must speak, read and understand English or Spanish fluently.
3) Both must be employed full-time or retired and between the ages of 25-79 with a combined gross annual household income of $60,000. Only exception is as follows:
·   If both partners are 55 or older and retired, then minimum household annual income is $50,000.
4) Must be either US or Canadian resident.
5) Guest must bring a valid government issued photo ID, and a credit card to the presentation. Your credit card cannot have debit or check card printed on it.
6) Florida residents of Brevard, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Seminole Counties are not qualified.
7) No person may be in bankruptcy or mortgage modifications.
8) All adults traveling together must attend presentation (maximum of 6).
9) Must not have toured any Summer Bay Resort property within the past 12 months.
10) Must not be scheduled for any other tour while traveling on the Prospect Vacation Package.
11) This offer is NOT available for "group" reservations; a group is defined as more than one family or friends who are also attending a promotional presentation with this same sponsor.
