Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the discounted offer.

1) Couples married or cohabitating attend a 90 to 120 minute sales presentation. Both parties of couple must be present and complete the presentation.
2) You must speak, read and understand English fluently.
3) Couples must both be over the ages of 28 with a valid photo ID or passport to qualify with a combined gross annual household income of $50,000.

4) Must be either US or Canadian citizens.

5) Guest must bring a valid government issued photo ID, and a credit card to the presentation. Both Id's must have matching last names or addresses. Your credit card cannot have debit or check card printed on it.
6) Guest cannot have filed or declared bankruptcy in the last 3 years.

7) Guest cannot be Festiva, Peppertree, or Equivest Owners.

8) Guest cannot have toured sponsoring resort in the last 13 months, any Festiva resorts twice in their lifetime or any other Festiva properties in the last 6 months.

9) Parents will be required to put their children (Potty trained to age 6) in the supervised kids room during the group portion of the presentation at a minimum. Guest that refuse to do so will be Non Qualified and will not receive any premiums.

10) This offer is NOT available for "group" reservations; a group is defined as more than one family or friends who are also attending a promotional presentation with this same sponsor. Please do NOT purchase multiple packages. You may only attend the presentation one time.

To take advantage of this offer:

3. You will be sent to the reservation form from PayPal, please be patient it takes a second to load. Please use the link to submit your presentation information. You may place your reservation right after purchasing your package, your check in date should be a minimum of 3 business days after the date you place your reservation. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If your preferred dates have become unavailable before you are confirmed, you may choose to either:

• Choose to receive a FULL refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable.

• Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability.
   

4. We will e-mail back your Hotel/Resort confirmation, travel agreement, map and directions, usually within 3 business days of receiving  your information. We will also mail to the postal address provided the same information. This confirmation must be presented to the resort check in at the start of the vacation. To assure everything is accurate and to provide top level service, you will be required to sign our travel agreement that everything is correct and return it electronically or in the SASE provided. You are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter from Squirrel Travel and returned your travel agreement.
