Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the discounted tickets.

1) You must complete Diamond's tour and sales presentation lasting at least 120 minutes. If married, husband and wife must attend together. If cohabitating, both parties must be present.
2) You must be a US citizen and speak, read and understand English fluently.
3) Husband and wife must be over the age of 25 with a valid photo ID or passport.

4) You and/or your spouse must be currently employed or have a steady source of income with a minimum combined gross annual household income of $60,000.

5) All adult family members or travel companions must tour together, children must be entrusted to a child play area during the presentation, where applicable.

6) Guest must bring a valid government issued photo ID, and a valid major credit card matching the name that appears on such identification. Debit cards are not allowed. Your credit card cannot be linked to a checking account or have debit or check card printed on it.

7) You cannot be Diamond Resort Owners or Members.

8) You must be creditworthy (no bankruptcies, foreclosures or liens in the past two (2) years) and cannot be in the process of a home loan modification.

9) You cannot have toured a Diamond Resort in the last 12 months.

10) Employees of Diamond Resorts International Marketing, Inc. and its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families are ineligible. The sponsoring broker is Diamond Resorts International Marketing, Inc.

11) You cannot be traveling in a camper or RV and are not authorized to have such vehicles on Diamond property.

12) Residents within 60 miles of the travel destination or residents of Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii, Nebraska and West Virginia are not qualified. 

13) This offer is not available for "group" reservations; a group is defined as more than one family or friends who are also attending a promotional presentation with this same sponsor.  Please do not purchase multiple packages. You may only attend the presentation one time.

 Airfare, transportation, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this offer. An additional deposit or a hold on the credit card may be enforced upon check-in for incidental purposes. Offer is subject to availability, subject to change without notice prior to confirmation, and void where prohibited. Any names and addresses acquired will be used for the purpose of soliciting the sale of time-share interests.
