 Our condo rentals work like everybody else's, the only difference is you attend a sales presentation (breakfast included) the morning after you check-in to receive this discounted accommodations and tickets offer. Please read qualifications listed below.

Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the discounted offer.

 1) Must be a couple, traveling and completing the 90 to 120 minute sales presentation together (cohabiting couples must have matching addresses on ID.); Both must be employed full-time or retired and between the ages of 25-65 with a combined gross annual household income of $50,000. Offer is not valid for single men or full-time students.
 2) Single females (single constitutes never married, divorced, widowed; single does not constitute separated) must be between the ages of 28-60 with a valid photo I.D. or passport and a $40,000 gross annual income. 
 3) You must speak, read and understand English or Spanish fluently.
 4) Guest must bring a valid government issued photo ID, and a credit card to the presentation. Your credit card cannot have debit or check card printed on it.

3. We will send you a link through the eBay message system to the reservation form. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If your preferred dates have become unavailable before you are confirmed, you may choose to either:

• Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability.
       

4. We will e-mail back your Hotel/Resort confirmation, travel agreement, map and directions, usually within 3 business days. We will also mail to the postal address provided the same information. This confirmation must be presented to the resort check in at the start of the vacation. To assure everything is accurate and to provide top level service, you will be required to sign our travel agreement that everything is correct and return it electronically or in the SASE provided. You are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter from Squirrel Travel and returned your travel agreement.
