FAQ Do the featured tickets expire? The Disney Touch of Magic Pass and the 7 Day Universal Studios Florida tickets expire 14 days after the date of first use and may not be used on or after the expiration date.
FAQ Where is the resort located? The resort is located on West 192 by the main gate entrance to Disney World. You will receive a map with your invitation to the presentation.
FAQ What date and time is the presentation scheduled for? The presentation is set up for the morning after you arrive. The presentations are every day and start on the quarter hour starting at 7:15AM to 8:00AM and from 9:30AM to 10:15AM EST. Your presentation will be scheduled for the morning after your arrival at 7:30AM EST unless otherwise requested in the Comments and Questions line on the reservation form.
FAQ We will need extra tickets, can we buy them? Extra tickets are available, but must be added to your invite prior to the presentation. Please contact us for any additional tickets you need.
FAQ How do we make our reservation? You will be sent to the reservation form from PayPal, please be patient it takes a second to load. You may place your reservation right after purchasing your package. The resort will not tour you on the date you arrive or depart. Your requested tour date will be for the morning following your arrival, unless you request a different date. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If your preferred date has become unavailable before you are confirmed, you will receive a FULL refund.
FAQ We made our reservation, now what? We will mail your invitation and directions within 3 business days of receiving your information. We will overnight your invitation at our expense or hand deliver it upon your arrival if you travel dates are very soon.
FAQ Are Children welcome on the presentation? Children are always welcome on the presentation. The resort also has an optional supervised children’s area that your children may choose to stay during the presentation. It is not required that you use the children’s area.
FAQ Are there any blackout periods? The resort MAY not allow us to reserve presentations during peak travel periods. This MAY happen as the peak travel period draws closer. The resort prefers to tour guest staying at the resort over sales guest coming in from an outside source.
We do not receive any advance notice of the resort stopping our ability to process presentation request. If you make a purchase and we are unable to reserve your presentation, you will receive a full refund.
