Festiva Qualifications

• After the meal, you must attend a 90 to 120 minute sales presentation. If married or cohabitating, both parties must attend the presentation.

• If married or cohabitating both parties must be between the ages of 25-70 and bring a valid government issued photo ID or passport and a major credit card to the presentation.  Your credit card cannot have 'Bank Card' or 'Debit Card' printed on it.

• Couples must make a combined gross annual household income of $50,000. 

• Must be employed full time or retired. Offer is not valid for singles or full-time students.

•  Must speak, read, and understand English or Spanish fluently.

• Only U.S. or Canadian Citizens are qualified for this offer.

• This offer is NOT available for "group" reservations; a group is defined as more than one family or friends who are also attending a promotional presentation with this same sponsor.

• Please do NOT purchase multiple packages. You may only attend the presentation one time.

• Guests staying at Host Resort are not eligible for this offer. Guests that have previewed The Host resort in the last 13 months or any Festiva Properties within the previous 6 months are NOT eligible.

• Festiva/Peppertree/Equivest Owners are not eligible for this offer.
