All ticket packages have a balance due at the resort after the presentation, please read the package description.
2. Please click on the "Return to Squirrel Tours" link at the end of the PayPal transaction to be directed to the reservation screen. You may place your reservation right after purchasing your package. The resort will not tour you on the date you arrive or depart. Your requested tour date will be for the morning following your arrival, unless you request a different date. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If your preferred date has become unavailable before you are confirmed, you will receive a FULL refund.
3. We will mail you a presentation invitation with the date and time of your presentation within 3 business days. We will pay to overnight your presentation invitation to you if your travel dates are soon. We are local and will hand deliver your invitation upon arrival if needed.
All guests will receive a presentation invitation prior to travel via postal mail. This invitation must be presented at the start of the presentation. It will include directions to the presentation and your tour time.
